Trends in COPD with Dr. Perez

Dr. Rafael Perez explains the pathophysiology of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in context of clinical presentation and reviews classification and management of stable COPD. He also covers the assessment and treatment of acute COPD exacerbations.


Dr. Perez is a Professor of Medicine on faculty at the University of Louisville and is the Chief of Medicine and Vice Chair of VAMC Affairs at the Louisville VA Hospital. His interests include interstitial lung disease, pulmonary rehabilitation, and lung masses.
