Quality Improvement (QI) with Dr. Kubiak

Dr. Nancy Kubiak discusses principles of quality improvement: practiced based learning, PDSA cycles (Plan, Do, Study, Act). She then leads us through the creation of an aim statement and implementation of a PDSA project.


Dr. Kubiak is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville. She is an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency and is a managing clinician for both the resident and faculty outpatient practices. She received training at Baylor, Colorado, and Mississippi. Her areas of interest are graduate medical education, faculty development, and improving quality of clinical care.
